Returns & Refund Policy
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.

1. Cancelling Your Order Before Dispatch or Collection
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch without giving a reason.
To cancel, please contact us immediately by telephone or email at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk.
Collection Orders
You have 15 calendar days to collect your order unless otherwise agreed in writing. If your order remains uncollected for more than 30 calendar days and you subsequently wish to cancel, a refund of 50% of the order value may be offered at our discretion.
2. Cancelling Your Order After Dispatch or Collection
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- In the same condition as delivered
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
Upon receipt of the returned goods in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
3. Transit Damage
Items damaged in transit should be rejected at the point of delivery where possible.
If damage is not immediately apparent, please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery and report any damage to us at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk with photographic evidence within a reasonable time of receipt.
We will take all reasonable steps to repair or replace damaged goods in a timely manner.
4. Warranty
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers faults or failures attributable to the condition of the part as supplied.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from incorrect fitment
- Damage resulting from incorrect use
- Damage arising from circumstances unrelated to the condition of the part as supplied
We strongly recommend having parts inspected and fitted promptly after receipt. Cannstatt Classic Mercedes Parts will not be responsible for any mechanic fees, labour costs, or testing costs associated with a warranty claim.
In cases where a returned item is found to have failed due to incorrect fitment or use, the warranty claim may be declined.
5. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods
If a product develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, or was not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk to arrange this.
6. How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return any item to us:
- Contact us at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk or call 08006889576 before returning any item.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Include your order number and reason for return inside the parcel.
We recommend using a tracked postage service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.
7. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
