Are the parts OEM or aftermarket?
All parts we sell are genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or factory-spec used parts sourced from real Mercedes-Benz vehicles. We do not stock cheap replicas or aftermarket substitutes. You'll find parts from trusted manufacturers including Hella, Brembo, VDO, ATE, Pierburg, Behr, and original Mercedes-Benz branded components.
Are the parts tested before listing?
Yes. Every part is individually cleaned, inspected, and tested before it goes into our inventory. We methodically dismantle donor vehicles — unlike a typical scrapyard — so each component is verified for function before it reaches you. Parts that don't pass our checks don't get listed.
Do the photos show the exact item I'll receive?
Yes, always. Every product listing features photographs of the actual item you will receive — not stock images or generic catalogue photos. What you see is what gets shipped. Each part is a unique, single-unit listing, so once it's sold it's gone.
What condition are the used parts in?
Used parts vary in condition and this is described honestly in each listing, supported by detailed photographs. We clearly note any wear, marks, or cosmetic imperfections. Mechanically and electrically, all parts are tested and functional unless stated otherwise. If you have specific condition queries, contact us before purchasing.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you can't find a shipping option for your country at checkout, please contact us and we'll arrange delivery for you.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within one working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over weekends or bank holidays ship the next working day. UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. International delivery times vary — see our Delivery Information page for full estimates.
Which couriers do you use?
We work with Royal Mail, TNT, DHL, FedEx, UPS, ParcelForce, and Tuffnells. The courier used depends on parcel size, weight, and destination. All shipments are tracked.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details so you can monitor delivery in real time.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, return the part within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Parts must be returned in the same condition as received. Full details on our Returns Policy page.
How do I return a part?
Contact us at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk or call 0800 688 9576 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return so we can process it quickly.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected — typically 3–5 working days after we receive it. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. You may cancel at any time prior to dispatch without giving a reason. Contact us as soon as possible at info@classicmercedesparts.co.uk or by phone. If already shipped, our standard 30-day returns process applies.

Do you also stock Porsche parts?
Yes — we carry a selection of Porsche 924 parts. Our primary focus is classic Mercedes-Benz, but the 924 collection is a valued addition to our catalogue.

How do I place an order?
Browse or search for your part, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. No account required, though creating one lets you track orders and save a wishlist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, and PayPal. All transactions go through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store card details.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Trade accounts are available for workshops, restorers, and businesses that purchase regularly, with preferential pricing and streamlined ordering. Apply on our Trade Account Signup page.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Collection is available from Unit 21, South Mundells, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 1EP. Open Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, Sat 8 AM–2 PM. You have 15 calendar days to collect once your order is ready, unless otherwise agreed.

How do I know a part will fit my car?
Every part is categorised by chassis code, part type, and sub-model where applicable. Check the listing fitment notes carefully. If in doubt, contact us with your chassis code and VIN — our team are Mercedes enthusiasts who will confirm compatibility before you buy.
Do you sell replica or reproduction parts?
Never. We stock only genuine OEM and original factory-spec parts. No cheap replicas, no non-OEM reproductions. Preserving the original fit, function, and engineering of classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles is our mission.
Can I trust the part number listed in your catalogue?
Yes. Where available, original Mercedes-Benz and supplier part numbers are listed. If you have a specific number to cross-reference, include it in your enquiry and we'll verify the match.
